Copper core is embedded in the spark plug to make sure lots of heat can draw off as quick as possible. What's more, the spark plug has excellent heat resistance, pollution tolerance and a wider range of heat adaptability.
High alumina ceramic has excellent insulativity in high temperature to avoid over fire.
Special powder is used to connect the insulator and mental to make sure the excellent air tightness.
Spark plug adopts the iridium material, thinner central electrode and tapered outer electrode, which improve the ignition performance.
The main metal adopts the high temperature prevention and corrosion protection metal material and the plating processing.

When the spark plug should be exchanged?
If the center electrode tip becomes worn out into a round shape, it is possible that the sparks produced are not as effective, resulting in the fuel-air mixture being ignited less steadily. If this happens, engine horsepower decreases fuel consumption becomes worse, and engine lifetime may be negatively affected; we recommend regular replacement of spark plugs.
